we paddle and paddle and paddle and paddle!!

HAha. starts off with a chalet for geraldine, peiwen and sheezheng for combined birthday party.
Coast sands, just nice, haven been there for very long while.
Spent the nite eating and playing , then head down to the beach to see stars cuz it was too crowded.
Not bads, nice sky, full of stars. managed to match a few constellations against my iphone apps.
and we chat and shiver under the stars together. dear KJ, me, lala, and sheezheng.
dozed a 15min rest, before heading back chalet in the wee hours to wake the rest up, loL.



the day continued with not-enough-sleep me, heading out for a 8km canoe race. Bloody shag.
still, the whole race was very enjoyable, haha thanks to the paddlepoppies who make it happen.
had to take a nap under the hot sun, for i think 20min only, before the next race begins in the afternoon.
zombified me.

This time round, mixed race, together with pros of the SPC. its really enjoyable, feeling the boat glide. Alot more to train on.
haha. im as frail and weak as i can be.
The day ended, with dinner by the beach, and chionging home by bus.
And just when wo cai gonna start, i fell asleep within 10sec after lying down and closing my eyes.
wasted.



and yet again, on a sunny sunday morning, i head off to sentosa (3rd day straight) for a sunday paddle session!
this time round, 3 girls + my buddy jason.
Woo, lucky today. i met yiwei @ lakeside, jess @ outram MRT, merryn @ viVo, wanweh and wencheh @ sentosa, peiwen elmo @ vivo, and yixiong @ sentosa toO!! but nvr get to see him. he tried calling for me, i think, but couldnt spot him. loL

Endurance training for 1hour, then off to St John Island for expedition and in the name of fun.
Wow, quite near, haha. I dint expect to go there by boat last time,and go there again this time by my own strength.
The way back was tough, on top of fatigue, showers kicked in, and sea became choppy.
Still we made it back 1 piece. =D


And the outcome of it : "aches tat force me to walk like ah pek."
morale of the story : "fun gets the tough going. =D"
